Pros

Good pay, benefits. Free lunch on Fridays catered from various local restaurants. That's about it.

Cons

Very deceptive and untrustworthy management. Will say and "promise" whatever they have to in order to hire people, then break those promises in short order. The company only cares about the bottom line and is struggling to sell products to new customers as well as keep up with demand of current customers. Many projects far behind schedule due to lack of direction. Products have potential but are often unreliable. Very talented engineering and manufacturing staff driven to burnout through micro management and poor decisions from above. Just recently laid off 10% of staff as a "business decision" in order to "restructure."

Pros

Do not apply to this company

Cons

Falsely lie to. I left one job to work for them less than a month me and some others where let go just 24hrs before we were to fly out of the country. They are untrust worthy

Pros

Free lunch on Fridays; I improved a lot by learning from my excellent technical coworkers. Family-like feel to the company, good benefits. I felt that the technology could certainly go somewhere.

Cons

Upper-level management on the engineering side was very disorganized, and as a result, core engineers began to leave the company to pursue other opportunities. Projects and demos were announced at the last second, so there were a lot of late nights involved which led to lots of burnout and lack of recognition. The company was still in a very reactive state when I left.
