Smart and good coworks in other part of the org outside of reporting
Cons
Favoritism in promotions and opportunities. Advancement did not always seem tied to performance or merit, which was demotivating for those working hard to contribute meaningfully. The culture felt more like a high school social circle than a professional organization. Gossip, cliques, and inconsistent standards made it difficult to focus on doing great work. Feedback was not handled constructively, and raising concerns did not feel safe.
