Pros

PTO was generous (unlimited) given you had a good relationship with your manager. Some of the managers really do care about your success and push you to do well. Work life balance was pretty good, about what you would expect in adtech.

Cons

Morale was not very good and there didn't seem to be enough accountability for senior leadership despite all the struggles after 2021. The HR team didn't even pretend to care about employee wellbeing and just seemed like an apparatus to smooth over the struggles of the company at the time.

Some people are genuinely nice and hardworking.there are always good people in the company who do the real work, yet often go unrecognized.

Cons

new leadership is not solving the problem but solving the people who raised the problem. Those who play politics, flatter the right people, and deflect real accountability are often the ones who move up.
