- Very talented / bright people - Great way to gain experience working with all of the capabilities at a digital agency - Generous benefits - The corporate culture is great. Lots of events, learning & development sessions, and a mentor program.

Cons

- The office building is old and full of problems - Lotus Notes, really? - Not much clarity on the business outlook

- Digitas has a very fun, casual, collaborative atmosphere - Benefits package is great... lots of vacation/flex days and lots of holidays - Managers are very flexible to let employees follow their career goals and provide a lot of encouragement

Cons

- Some teams work pretty hard and put in long hours on a regular basis - Work is pretty repetitive and gets boring after a while
