Pros

Owned by a large holding company, a force in digital marketing Compensation package can be good, but similar to others in this industry has been flat for many years The best pay seems to go to those at VP and above

Cons

Not sure if this has changed but higher levels of management had some who were excellent, but some who have serious personality/character flaws. So turnover was very high due to bad people management. Work load uneven depending on manager/department. Some had it easy. Others were worked to the bone with weekends, nights expected. Power is shifting in role of this company within the larger group. Not sure what that means for Digitas.
