Plenty of opportunity to learn and gain experience. Salary/benefits were good Young group of employees that are all very nice.

Cons

ZERO work/life balance. Working on the same account gets old fast.

Digitas offers their employees incredible benefits, tuition reimbursement, an effort towards work life balance, great location in Center City, and many employee "bonding" events each month

Cons

Digitas runs on poor management, little to no direction, little or no feedback, and a chaotic work environment. Employees are over worked and under paid.
