Really genuine people work here. Visibility is uniquely high with leadership and you are looked after if you’re working really hard and producing. The CEO is also a wonderful human being who cares about everyone. Unlimited PTO is actually used, it isn’t a scam here.

Cons

Noticed a number of employees who were either not qualified enough for their position or who just coast along and don’t drive any impact. The clients can also be really tough, but when working in Pharma, I guess it’s expected. No snacks in the office also (at least not in NYC).
