Pros

Fast-paced environment with huge potential for growth. Marcel is a fine internal AI. Account teams here are down-to-earth and incredibly sweet. Strategic planners make every project more grounded.

Cons

The pay is lower than the industry standard, and the benefits are worse than my previous 3 agencies. Overall culture here is quite toxic. This team rewards underhanded tactics to get a leg up. I've caught my former and current managers in lies that would warrant immediate firings if I were their boss. I caught my former manager burning hours on an account she had almost no involvement in (spent over 40 hours on my account despite doing none of the work and coming to only 1 meeting), and I caught my current manager taking credit for my work in front of clients. Work-life balance is nonexistent at times. I was once told to log on and continue working while in the hospital.
