Forever work from home Unlimited time off - great if you have a team that supports you & allows you flexibility to actually take it Lots of Work Holidays Some awesome humans

Cons

Overworked Underpaid If you are both and tell your director you need help - they ignore you Promote Work/Life Balance - but you MUST log 40-45 hours a week in order to be able to submit your time sheet & if you log flex time, they won’t provide more support to your team because they figure you’re “not busy”

Great Agency for Creatives

Pros

HR and resourcing team really cares about keeping their creatives happy Allows for mobility across teams to experience new brands Fair compensation with promotion opportunities and expectations Lots of national holidays, sick leave, and PTO

Cons

It's sometimes easier to leave the agency and come back in order to be fairly compensated. Can't stay for too long without the knowledge that another agency will pay you more for your experience.

Great for young/junior level ppl. Proximity to 13th street restaurants. Awesome cafe area on 11th floor. Cool perks. Big city agency.

Cons

The best and brightest take 10 years to get promoted. Tons and tons and tons of dead weight. Leadership has their people and you’re not their people. Where entrepreneurial thinking goes to die
