Lots of learning experience, always opportunity to work in different areas.

Cons

No extra pay for extra work. Pay cycle increases are sparse and are not that much money.

Pros

This is for Constellation Group, which typically hires through Razorfish or Digitas. - Constant failure is encouraged (as long as you learn from it) - You have the ability to take as much responsibility as you want (although there is a minimum) - Coworkers always open to helping out (seriously, I've never had anyone snub me) - Lots of learnings - Clients love to build trust with capable people - Managers and Leadershio are top notch - Great benefits like unlimited PTO

Cons

- work is heavily affected by seasonality (not as much in the summer as November December) - During the working season hours can be long - Responsibility level can just fall you after someone leaves - Salary is lower than working for the clients
