Pros

good pace in dev cycle, good tech stack, lots of modern tech is being used. very little or no legacy tech. very good place for jr engineers. very good benefits, lots of PTOs. often very flexible hours.

Cons

the company does not seem to know what it's doing and why. direction in dev is misleading and often end up in nowhere. management is clueless and lots of office politics often undercover.

Pros

Great benefits. Lots of PTO, holidays, flex time, sick days. Good pay. Fun people. Great Location. Depending on your team, there can be a lot of autonomy.

Cons

It's a very large organization and the politics and hierarchy slow it down. The main drivers of quality are the largest paying clients, which change every few years. If you are not interested in the particular clients being serviced, you may find it challenging to do your best work. The culture is very reactionary, rather than proactive. So, fire-drills are common.
