Management will say one thing then flip flop, which is mostly a consequence on being part of holding company that calls the shots. Also, benefits and other perks/resources keep disappearing and decreasing (even ones needed to do our jobs better), because of the holding company wanting to pad the books. We worked hella hard and surpassed our numbers last year, but we didn't get any perks other than a "congrats! now go do it again but better." Mandatory 3 days in office - if you miss one day, you get a call and have to explain. But people are pitching constantly so are usually pretty stretched/tired.
