Pros
The people are smart and lovely. Very few jerks or egomaniacs. Publicis has pretty solid benefits. Unlimited PTO that is actually unlimited. Work life balance is dependent on teams but pretty solid. Culture historically has been what sets digitas apart - very autonomous and flexible, though that has deteriorated over the last few months. Culture also drastically varies by office - chi, nyc, atl teams are very chill and fun, boston team is rigid and snakey.
Cons
Pay is way below market value and raises/promos are really hard to come by. Recent push away from creative and towards media and commerce has negatively effected morale and culture (in addition to a weird authoritative tone around RTO mandate coming in Sept). Six months ago I would have gladly recommended Digitas to a friend, now, it would be with great hesitation.
