-great experience, great clients, great opportunities -so many benefits -a lot of time off
Cons
-In terms of promotions, Digitas puts more emphasis on tenure rather than actual work/responsibilities/contribution. People who have been around for 4 years but don’t contribute whatsoever will get promoted before someone who has been around for 2 years who is actually doing the job. -always seem to be over staffed and over worked -
