Less than one year perspective: lots of food, long hours, good work... can be stressful, but that's anywhere, eh?
Pros
-Digitas is trying to lead in the digital space in advertising. They do really creative work that can blow you away. I was not there for a very long time but I heard collaboration and acceptance of ideas from other capabilities was never always encouraged; when I was there, it seemed like everyone chipped in to do something all the time - from media to marketing to creative, sat in one room to brain storm, even if it wasn't there account. You could say that I have a different perspective because I was an intern - but maybe as an intern, and viewing it from the outside in, isn't necessarily a bad thing. It's certainly a good environment: innovative, friendly, free food.... as long as you enjoy your work, you should be fine.
Cons
Long hours. Growing company, can be stressful.
