Pros

Great people, decent culture. Top-notch benefits: 19+ PTO, 16+ Holidays, Health and Wellness Stipend, tons of food and swag, etc. Pays well (will pay more to keep talent around).

Cons

Ask anyone that works here how they like it and I guarantee they'll say, "I love the people. The benefits are great. The work's not great." People can be cold at first, but hey it's New York. Mediocre creative work. Sweatshop. All talk with nothing to show for it. Lacks mentorship for juniors. Unwilling to invest in current employees for advancement/growth. Won't let employees wear multiple hats. Whipped by their biggest clients. Senior leadership that's been around for 10+ years are delusional and stuck.

Pros

Agency loos like it's ahead of the game & a leader in the industry. Great culture & benefits.

Cons

They'll tell you you've been promoted but then you'll go for months without being compensated accordingly, all the while making it seem like the raise on your next paycheck is imminent. Being proactive doesn't seem to work, nor does talking to HR- they are pro at dodging conversations about pay. A lot of people end up leaving while they're playing this waiting game.

Pros

accessible to the T. you can now say you have "digital" experience.

Cons

the hacks that were recently Bronner Slosberg are now "digital experts". why? How? because they said so. they sure can glorify the old website, banner ad and occasional video. the politics at the VP level and above is insane. it's all about kissing butt and talking yourself up, and throwing around as many industry buzz words as you can. the top level creatives here could NEVER work anywhere else. and they know it, this place will never advance and never be a real agency. because to do so, ALL the upper management, creative and account would have to go. if you care about having real agency experience and going great work, this IS NOT the place for you.
