Pretty decent operation in terms of HR. Digitas is part of the holding group Publicis. So there's good benefits. Always paid on time. And tons of different accounts and cool global opportunities. You can get work made there for sure - with decent budgets too.
Cons
Everyone is trying their best. They try to make it feel like a chummy place. Town halls and culture emails from the corporate overlords. But it's super dusty underneath all that. C-Suite and VP Level leads rule by a culture of fear. Probably because they're afraid for their own jobs, but you'd have to ask them. Might be an unavoidable illness of the industry. But Digitas is an extremely depleting place to work. My only advice if you're considering taking a job there is be happy with your paycheck. Make sure it's enough money so you can grin and bear the indignities of the thankless trudge.
