      Pros

      - Caring and conscientious culture with a focus on continuously tending to and improving it - Extremely smart and collaborative colleagues, including leadership, to learn from - fully remote with competitive pay - Emphasis on personal development. If you take pride in your work and want to be the best you can be, you're where you want to be at Digitopia - Leadership that has and continues to be in the trenches alongside you - Detailed and methodical approach to client work, strategic methodology, technical frameworks, personal development, project management, and more

      Cons

      - if you dont have an inherent desire to improve and deliver exceptional work, you may feel out of place - more/unlimited PTO would be nice (current is 20 days, which is still great) - haven't experienced notable cons at this time

      Pros

      -Wide variety of client industries -Little to no micro management -Open-door policy across the board and up the chain -Openness to hearing and implementing feedback - both positive and negative -Personable and friendly team, including the exec team. They are genuinely interested in hearing about your life outside of work.

      -Internal meetings always go over -Upper management can sometimes be hard to get ahold of

      Pros

      Such a tight-knit family at Digitopia. The team is comprised of rock stars who are not divas. Everyone is super talented, cares about what they do, and invest whole-heartedly into the success of this agency. Company culture is fantastic. Training and mentorships is great. Having processes and frameworks is key to our client success. Executive team that fully support the team and works hard to clear roadblocks and minimize stress. But it's still a small agency, so fast-pace is the norm, but in a controlled way.

      Cons

      Benefits could use some work. While being a small agency has its pros, it also has its cons as you can feel it when during difficult periods, like the pandemic. I think it's also hard to retain top talent from a pay perspective with it being so competitive right now. But that is off-set with other perks, such as work-life balance, great culture, etc.
