Working at Digitopia has been one for the best opportunities of my life. I’ve been a long term employee here because of the flexibility/mobility the structure offers me. My professional growth has been immense because of the opportunities given to me with campaigns and clients. There is no one right way to keep a client — I love that freedom we have! I don’t feel micro-managed, the team is available for support when I need it and I get lots of free snacks!! Working here is equal parts challenging and motivating, which is great fit for me.

Digitopia is an awesome place to work. First, the team is what makes it all happen. We are a tight-knit group of passionate and scrappy marketers. We are all eager to learn and go above and beyond for our clients. In addition, we have a great company culture. Our office is open-concept, collaborative and (best of all) dog-friendly. We work hard but make time to enjoy team building activities as well including beach clean-ups, lunch BBQs, quarterly events, and the occasional happy hour... (that counts as team bonding, right!?) Digitopia is also a BCorp, meaning we "use business as a force for good." We care about being ethical, honest and responsible and integrate those values into our everyday operations. In the handful of years I have worked here, I have learned a tremendous amount. I have had access to great tools and resources, attended conferences and been able to grow my network within the industry.
