      DigniFi has turned the corner for the better

      Pros

      DigniFi has had some tough times, but since January it is like a new company. Thoughtful leadership, team collaboration and working together to make it a better company for our customers. Remote work environment.

      sometimes you can feel isolated

      Was a good company but changed because of Rob and Neeraj

      Rob. Neeraj. Bad leadership team and even worse board.

      Technical Debt Nightmare

      * Primitive internal tooling * Low bar for achievement

      Cons

      * Stock option offer is insulting * No architecture, siloed resources * Jira - inefficient "busy work" culture * Lacking accommodations for protected classes(!) * # of idea people greater than # of excellent executors * Disorganized, mostly tribal knowledge, little documentation * Always increasing lines of code, duplication across codebase * Most of technical debt derived from lack of technical leadership * No accountability for shaky foundation by managers, blame placed on former employees
