      The software products you develop will help real people get on with life. At the same time, work-life balance is highly encouraged, and benefits are decent. Small teams allow for agility.

      Cons

      In a well-established industry, there is a limit to the scope, complexity, and challenge of the problems you'll be solving. Priorities sometimes seem shortsighted.

      Remote work from home opportunity

      Cons

      They overwork you for min pay. The schedule absolutely sucks and the company and management/supervisors don’t care about employees or understand that we are actually people
