Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your comments on the strength of our products, longstanding relationships with our valued clients, and market leadership.
We did recently undertake a strategic transformation of our business, in order to drive even greater impact for our clients. The steps we have taken and continue to take were based directly on a thoughtful analysis of our global business, as well as direct feedback from our customers and internal teams on how we could make it easier to do business both within and outside of Diligent. We don’t take lightly the impacts of those changes to certain teams, but it’s important to note that through our transformation, we also ramped up teams in many parts of the world, focused on improving many of our internal processes, and implemented additional resources to support individuals and teams in-region based on ongoing feedback.
As for your other comments, we are really sorry to hear about your experience and how things changed for you at Diligent. We want every team member at Diligent to feel like they have a runway for growth with us, are appreciated and rewarded for their hard work and contributions to our success, and are enjoying our fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused culture.
