Pros

They have nailed their products in terms of innovation and leaving their competitors behind in terms of functionality and quality. Starting to realise that they can no longer charge clients what they want or have high PI. Improving service is starting to be felt by customers.

Cons

To invest in the above and improve ebitda, they have cut things beyond the squealing point. Second-line support teams are under-resourced, non-responsive and try to pass to others as quickly as possible. The CSMs look jaded and demoralised. Sales keep having our commission structures manipulated to reduce our earning potential and can no longer rely on working with the CSMs who are no longer incentivised to support us.

Pros

Great place to start your career in tech because the tech is simple and in my years there. If you are not overly ambitious, the roles there can be pretty comfy with good work life balance. u can kind of con your way for years even if u don’t really know much or don’t have a degree

Cons

You will constantly feel like a fraud - The company constantly changes “messaging”, product name, “use case”, every year but the product didn’t change at all. So u need to insist in front of customer that it’s a different dish although it’s clear as the sky to everyone in the room that nothing has changed. I think there are many many reviews about the code being so old is true, that’s why the product didn’t really improve no matter what they reply in Glassdoor abt the product improving. management wonders why u can’t sell the product. Because it’s a Nokia 3310 when everyone be buying iPhone. There was also a very strong pip culture during my time. It seemed like the case in all the reviews. I was an unfortunate member of the club, it really crushed my self esteem big time, as it would for anyone. At one point, I felt my manager was my narc bf. He would just go ballistic and argue in circles during our 1-1 and would get into an argument with his own team instead of giving a solution. Towards the end I started to record the convo for my own collection. I’m still in therapy now, but it’s not paid by Diligent insurance. Keep changing strategy cos the SLT has very low quality counsel in each region - Japan office is one great example.

Pros

Nice and professional collegues, challenging projects and stable company, good company coulture, modern office in the heart of the city.

Cons

Fewer benefits each year. HR makes big promises, but you get little after hiring. Merit increase are just 2-3% for the majority, meaning lower real earnings due to inflation. The 10% yearly premium goes to only 5-10% of employees, regardless of performance (and the expectations are high). No career growth without vacancies, leaving you stuck at entry level. Recharge weeks were removed with no replacement, and decisions lack transparency.
