The first thing I noticed when I joined Diligent was how nice everyone is! Not only that but everyone is committed to doing the right thing and supporting each other. We have a real team mentality and that pays off. Leadership had always been very approachable to me and I have always felt comfortable going to my manager, or more senior people, to discuss career opportunities and challenges. The company has big ambitions which means big opportunity. We’re constantly growing and changing which is a environment I enjoy.
Cons
We went through a hard and fast hiring period - some of those hires did not align with company culture and we have lost a lot of the culture that makes us Diligent Consistency across job titles - the level of responsibility from one manager or director greatly varies from the next Pay rises around promotions are not good
