Good experience in dealing with customers.

Cons

Managers (female manager in particular in support) was clueless and was quite lazy at her job. Took me off a product I was on and put me on another one and just told me to read up about it and start taking cases. Wasn't able to answer any of my questions that I had on BoardEffect and was definitely not capable of being a manager.

Great culture! Generous benefits such as 5 weeks annual leave and recharge week(6 weeks total) and subsidised health cover Fantastic CEO who is down to earth and accessible Great platform vision!

Cons

Enterprise new business sales team is a hard slog due to small reachable addressable market. The NB targets do not reflect the difficulty of the role! When times are tough, attitude is blame sales team first from some senior management rather than addressing the underlying issues.
