Pros

Allows work from home. Strong set of products. History of good business decisions.

Cons

Company is looking to go public, so the leadership is laying off everyone in the US and shipping their jobs to India to save money. Quality has taken a major downturn as a result with a multitude of client complaints about response times and quality but the leadership is not budging. If you're a US-based employee, start looking for another job.

- Long sales cycles depending on product - Growing pains due to acquisition/merging teams - Niche market creates a longer onboarding & development process.

In addition to our product, we’ve been very focused on the growth of our teams both personally and professionally, so it’s also great that you’re experiencing that first-hand through continued education, career advancement, DEI&I efforts and a good work-life balance. It’s true that the sales cycles can be long. The market is niche, our customers’ challenges are complex and the solutions we offer are tailored to their unique needs. This can contribute to the length of the sales cycle and it calls for a more rigorous onboarding experience for our colleagues. Too much uncertainty

Cons

No room for growth A lot of uncertainty You have to jump through hoops to get an anwser on even the simplest thing No one has the tools to do their job and then management asks where the revenue is Acquiring companies too soon and too frequently to make it beneficial
