However, we're sorry to hear your broader experience, as it is not reflective of our commitment to creating a vibrant, supportive work environment for every colleague. We continue to work hard to provide competitive benefits and compensation for our team members, as we strike a continual balance between delivering best-in-class service for our clients and supporting a healthy work-life balance for everyone on our team through our generous time off program, an annual recharge week, bi-yearly promotional cycles and dedicated Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
To your comments on pay progression, we recognize that offering clear, actionable career development opportunities is critical in promoting a healthy workplace culture. Along with our internal goal-setting program, we’ve also recently launched new efforts like Career Talk webinars so employees can share how they’ve progressed on their journey at Diligent.
