Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re glad that you’re enjoying our beautiful Budapest office.
However, we regret to hear that you don’t feel our benefits continue to be competitive, among other concerns. This certainly does not reflect our desire to prioritize rewarding our team members’ and supporting their wellbeing. As we continue to evolve as a company, we’re striving to strike the right balance between being customer-first, pursuing organizational growth and giving our colleagues the support they need for success. Some of the ways we’re working to improve transparency and accountability across the company include our organization-wide V2MOMS program for internal goals-setting, as well as monthly town halls and Q&A sessions. Additionally, we’re continuing to provide employee offerings including generous time off, an annual recharge week, bi-yearly promotional cycles and dedicated Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
