      A down the middle workplace

      Pros

      - good benefits and PTO - supportive manager and leaders in marketing - remote friendly (if you’re lucky enough) - profitable company that is growing

      Cons

      - executive team are out of touch with day to day going ons and it often feels like they’re leading us blind - team dependent but some managers micromanage and aren’t trusting of their employees - hard to be promoted and grow your career with diligent, they boast about promotions but it seems like the same group of folks get promoted year over year - new return to office procedure is clunky and not well thought out - salary compensation is lower than market average for some roles

      Pros

      The package they gave was good initially but now my salary worth 30% less than when I started to work here. the salary increase was ridiculous.

      Cons

      Very bad culture, the management is really untrustable. Lack of people in every area, really old stack, no standards.

      Challenging and Rewarding with Career Development Paths

      Working with a variety of teams. Significant Technical stack and training to support FAST PACED - this is a pro, lots of activity, projects work and can do attitude. If you want to get exposure to all the tools to drive career growth then this is what you need. Global - potential to reposition or visit other sites globally for events Pays well! You will be rewarded for your hard work. Great community being built in the Galway branch with a strong focus on culture and diversity. SAAS, a way into an industry that is constantly developing and providing work opportunities.

      Cons

      Pressure environment, you need to be resilient and enjoy being challenged but given all the tools to succeed.
