Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear that you’ve found leadership from our Galvanize teammates to be positive—we agree that they are talented bunch of folks and we’re so glad they’ve joined the Diligent family! To your feedback on the rest of the Diligent leadership, we’re sorry to hear that this was your experience. It certainly does not reflect our desired approach of partnering with heart and the kind, inclusive work culture that we aspire to deliver. We’d love to better understand the context around this comment and if you feel comfortable, would appreciate it if you could share more specific feedback with us through our confidential HR email, HRconfidential@diligent.com With regards to the product functionality, our vision is hinged on driving the greatest possible impact for our clients through best-in-class GRC and ESG solutions on one unified platform. This vision has underpinned all our activities, and we are intensely focused on integrating our solutions and building out functionality as smoothly as we can — and that takes time. Once again, I want to thank you for your service to Diligent. We appreciate your comments and will take them onboard as opportunities to improve. We wish you the best of luck moving forward. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer

Pros

Our plan is to become the largest GRC Saas platform. There are some roadblocks, but overall I feel that the company knows what it's doing. The CEO, Brian, has a great track record as well.

Cons

Integrations between recently purchased solutions not fully baked.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review! It’s great that you’re seeing our progressive and innovative approach toward becoming the largest GRC Saas platform. We’re a growing, ambitious organization with lofty goals. However, growth can be complex and as we continue to align our organization, we are always learning and committed to continuous improvement and we’re grateful that you’re a part of that mission. We recognize that Diligent has grown rapidly, and we are focused on integrating our solutions and teams as seamlessly as possible. Integration processes are complex and come with unique challenges, but we’re working hard to remove those roadblocks and bring our unified platform to market for our clients. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re so glad that you’re happy here and that you are a part of our growth journey. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer

Pros

Some colleagues are genuine and are just stuck in a bad situation. Benefits are on par with market offerings. 2 Wellness weeks given

Cons

C-Suite execs come across as disingenuous and operating almost like an exclusive club. The company has grown too large for it's own good, and processes were not scaled to keep up with the growth. Middle management seem to be preoccupied with pandering to C-Suite, and not providing genuine solutions to the problems. Teams leaders within the department that I worked for do not seem to get along with each other, and are basically making it hard for regular employees to do their day-to-day work. The last few acquisitions were not integrated properly systems and processes wise. Instead of using what is best practice, acquired companies were simply made to follow the bureaucratic/archaic processes that had not evolved. Many talents from previous acquisitions left/were let go, and what's left are just regular employees trying to make do with what's remained.

Thank you for taking the time to share your candid feedback and for your many years of service to Diligent. We're glad that you had positive interactions with your colleagues — we agree that our team members around the globe are incredibly helpful and supportive. We’re also glad that you enjoyed the Recharge Weeks and benefits. As we continue to grow, we recognize that our increased scale can create challenges. We are working to evolve, improve and scale processes as well as empower our colleagues to manage and align priorities through tools like V2MOMs (our internal goal setting process). It’s our priority to integrate our solutions and teams as seamlessly as possible so we can bring our unified platform to market. To your feedback on management, we’re sorry to hear that this was your experience. It certainly does not align with the inclusive, transparent work culture that we aspire to deliver to all our employees, and we do take the feedback onboard. We are working to create something that hasn’t been created before, and we have huge expectations for what our team can do in the future. We don’t always get it right, but we work together to constantly evolve and move forward to meet our goals. Once again, I want to thank you for your service to Diligent. We appreciate your comments and will take them onboard as opportunities to improve. We wish you the best of luck moving forward. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer
