Diligent is an incredibly awesome place to work for varied set of reasons. Diligent' s work culture, values , vision and mission and the genuine concern they have on team members well-being are something unique to Diligent. Diligent' s fair compensation policy, team member career path, Recharge week time off's and other team member rewards and recognition initiatives needs a special mention. Diligent' s Product and Tech stack are one of the best in the Industry. It gives a great feel to work on the Happening Industry GRC and ESG space and Needless to say, Diligent is a Market Leader on the GRC and ESG Space.
