      I worked under the leadership of Jessica and Gustavo, they’re the best managers I’ve ever had. The entire team was extremely supportive and our clients are the best!

      Cons

      The salary wasn’t the best and they don’t have a clear roadmap of career advancement.

Our employees are the beating heart of our business and it’s our top priority to make sure they feel celebrated and given the tools and support they need to not only be productive but to also love coming to work each day.       Challenge, Change, Excitement

      I truly have had a wonderful experience at Diligent working on a wide range of projects, business units, and roles. The summation of challenge, change and excitement truly describes the employee experience here. With every challenge comes opportunity to learn from a wonderful group of talented individuals. The change keeps things fresh; I can honestly say after 5 years working here the change makes it feel as though each year is a new chapter, with slightly a different flavor then the year before. The people I work with and the opportunities the company provides also really keep things exciting. You will never be bored at Diligent! Some other highlights include: - Incredible 3-month transfer program to other global offices - Great leadership that leads with transparency - Number of opportunities to learn various facets of the business through your role and through others - Flexible benefits with unlimited PTO - Programs that award exemplary work

      My advice for others would be to be ready for a fast pace work environment and to be open minded to change. (Some may see that as a pro or a con)
