1. People are very kind and helpful. They would make you feel welcomed instantly! 2. Room to progress - Company has great products and services, and will grow in coming years. 3. Money is very good in relation to the market ranges. 4. Extras (like additional days off, annual leave, sick days, benefits, etc.) are great. 5. Interview and onboarding processes are designed with people in mind. Very well structured and thought through. Very impressive! 6. Manager's approach seem to be very flexible and allowing for healthy work-life balance.

Pay scale is much higher than the industry standards. Freedom and flexibility is the motto of the work culture, at least thats what I felt.
