In addition to our product, we’ve been very focused on the growth of our teams both personally and professionally, so it’s also great that you’re experiencing that first-hand through continued education, career advancement, DEI&I efforts and a good work-life balance. It’s true that the sales cycles can be long. The market is niche, our customers’ challenges are complex and the solutions we offer are tailored to their unique needs. This can contribute to the length of the sales cycle and it calls for a more rigorous onboarding experience for our colleagues.       Kiera Flaherty is an absolute legend, top manager, I do miss her loads.

      Cons

      work life balance wasn't the best, due to time zones and various markets, which cant be helped due to client demand.

      Solid corporate business strategy, well defined individual responsibilities. Outcome driven innovation process with consistent KPIs to measure progress and success. Strong people focus, not just communication but also actions. Central location of the office, with unlimited parking spots.

      Continuous organizational changes frustrating employees, better and more transparent communication of upcoming and ongoing changes.
