Thanks for sharing your feedback! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear it sounds like you’re enjoying your experience in our Budapest office. As for your other points, we are laser-focused on setting our teams up for success, as we grow our organization and strive to drive the greatest possible impact for our clients. As part of that commitment, we have worked to cascade goals throughout our entire organization to promote greater strategic clarity and alignment, and recently revamped our onboarding program to get all our new hires up to speed and keep them on track by extending training and enablement at all levels. We hear your feedback and will take this onboard as an opportunity to learn more about our teams’ needs and continue to improve our policies where we can.
