Remote working with the option of going into the office (NZ). Great bunch of people to work with in the NZ office

Shutting the NZ office and making everyone redundant

- Good perks such as 5 weeks annual leave - Snacks in the office - Great office location in the CBD - Budget for quarterly events

Cons

- Culture deteriorated quickly - Lots of resignations - Lots of gossiping amongst employees and feuds amongst coworkers - Several filipino colleagues banded together and had nasty gossip - HR lawyer was hired to tame staff behaviour - Bullying was common - people resigned and left out of the blue with no explanation
