You make an excellent point about vision – we are inspired that so many of our teammates globally are united by our aspiration to modernize governance and support clients with transformative technology that enables them to achieve great things. And it certainly helps to get the opportunity to work closely with some of the best and brightest colleagues on the planet! We completely appreciate how much there is going on right now, as you say. Every company that has scaled and evolved at the pace that we have naturally experiences growing pains along the way. We don’t take these lightly, and if you ever have specific feedback on how and where we can improve, please know these are important discussions that we want to have with you, whether with HR or with a senior leader – whoever you feel most comfortable speaking to. We are also working hard to create more sustainable work practices to promote the well-being and sustainability of our teams, as we continue to grow and thrive – and hope you’ll be able to take advantage of some of the additional days off we granted this Summer (for the Northern Hemisphere!).
