Thank you for the input. This may be a review for Galvanize bootcamp company in Seattle, as we don't have a Seattle employee in R&D, and "software systems" con makes more sense in the context of it being a bootcamp than us. If anything, majority of Galvanize folks are greatly enjoying the Serverless journey they are on :)

A great opportunity to join an established Saas company that has just come to Galway. I've learnt so much in the last few months, I feel very well supported, the pay is great, the product is very good and the team I'm are very nice. Health insurance and dental insurance isn't something I've had before from qn employers. Also we got 2 extra days of holidays this year as a gift from the CEO!

Cons

There is lots of negativity as we are going through a transformation but that is to be expected. Also the shifts changes can be difficult but management are looking at changing this.
