      Pros

      Working with a great group of people and a forward looking technology strategy makes the work day enjoyable. Our leadership is committed to a positive environment and the excellence needed to make our offering hard for clients to pass up.

      Cons

      All jobs have their downsides, but I don't think that I would change anything.

      Pros

      There are so many pros to working at BoardPaq: its a positive work environment, with an amazing team of people, and a great product that sells itself! We celebrate every employees achievements, birthdays, really any excuse to eat more cake, or ring bells and whistles.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is hard to lose weight with the constant availability of candy, cake, ice cream, etc.

      BoardPaq is an excellent place to work! From day one, I have always felt accepted and valued as an employee. Our team is respectful, works very well together and we are always rewarded for our hard work. There are always opportunities for learning and growth within the company, which is a great thing to have!
