      Some of the team is quite talented, positive, bring great energy and collaborate well.

      Cons

      Much of management doesn't understand the day to day, communication needs to be reviewed much more efficiently among different departments.

We also acknowledge that communication could be better, and we are working on that. We’ve grown quickly over the past few years and continue to work on cross functional teamwork and collaboration across departmental lines, especially when it comes to addressing client needs.       A Place That Gets Things Done

      Into my 4th year with BoardPaq and very impressed with the company and the team of people. It is a joy working with a team of people that work hard, makes decisions and moves to realize our goals. We are never standing still and always moving the product forward. We stay up on new technologies and we are always incorporating them to keep the product relevant in todays ever changing environment. This is a great place for someone who wants to get their hands dirty in technologies to learn and actually implement them. The leadership genuinely cares about each team member and is very engaged in keeping the company running smoothly.

      Cons

      This is an exciting place to work for, but if you don't handle change well, learning new technologies and concepts, or like a company with a strict hierarchical structure, then this is not the place.

      When we started the company in 2011, our main goal was to have a great family work environment that focused on emerging technologies that help our customers and their leadership teams to be great in and out of the board room. Our employees are making this happen everyday!
