Pros
Diligent is an amazing place to work for. I never heard of the company until I interviewed for it. When I came in for the interview I did not believe how happy people were here. No one had anything bad to say. I joined with a great competitive salary, bonus and benefits. After joining and being here for 5 months I could not be happier. What everyone said during my interview process was true, which is still shocking -- people are happy and there are no cons in my opinion. Management knows the direction of the company and continues to improve. We know our roles and responsibility and we do affect the bottom line. It helps that the product is strong and a market leader. Clients love using the product and recommend it to others. There is no BS or face time required. People come in and leave at a reasonable hour, which is amazing, people are here to do their job. Everyone is very friendly around the office, hard working and cares about you. Of course there are other perks -- causal dress environment, free food and snacks, beers and swag. I have worked at a few big and small companies and hands down this one is a great place to be. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.
