Pros

Diligent is doing some amazing things. They have been running under the radar for quite some time, but the new CEO has Diligent poised for some tremendous growth and innovation. Smart, hard working co-workers, great clients, great career opportunities, nice offices, strong comp and benefits, and a fun culture. You really can't ask for more.

Cons

Not many. You'd better be ready for a fast, but organized, pace.

Pros

The company offers great pay for the Charlotte area. It also offers a great opportunity to work with and learn new technologies.

Cons

Manager doesn't foster team atmosphere. Manager has his favorite workers who are running things but may not have the best ideas. The business lack the ability to decide what need to be done with the product under development. Manager wants the development team to makeup for the lack of decision making by the business by working long hours.

The company has a whole has the perks of a start-up and tries to achieve team cohesiveness through fun events

Cons

Sometimes these aspects are lost in intradepartment politics where those with Senior are really movers and shakers. The Managers are mostly just talking heads. I guess this is a customary thing but had to note it out
