Continuous growth At Diligent, learning is encouraged through mentorship programs. Will get opportunities to be mentored by Diligent leaders across the Globe, the Organization genuinely supports development. Learning on the job, peer and manager support are key strengths.

Cons

It can become quite hectic with the continuous changes in business as the company expands. One might see it as an issue; however, this dynamic environment helps nurture problem-solving skills.

Somewhat competitive pay and good work-life balance

Cons

Managers are strictly numbers focused and have an old school style of work harder not smarter, "just make more dials". Some managers won't even meet with their team members when they ask for time. If you have a differing opinion on something, keep it to yourself or you will be penalized for voicing it. Extremely difficult to move up do to constant org restructuring and sales leaders interviewing without posting job, even on the internal job site
