Cons

50% office attendance is required based on today's news, impacting your performance reviews if you fail to comply. You can have flying high scores, but they will lower your performance evaluation because you didn't want to discuss sensitive things in an open office. Bullshitting about AI in every single facet possible. The famous recharge week is now completely gone, last year at least we got an extra day.

Decent benefit package and diverse, competent co-workers

Cons

Salaries, at the time I worked there. Also, routinely responded to two-week notice by instantly terminating without pay. (This was prior to 2021, which for some reason is as far back as Glassdoor goes for this company)

Everything is very good about the office and the perks. Salary is acceptable.

Cons

The code is mostly legacy. The work is mostly about hacking poc level features into a ancient code base.
