      Decent benefit package and diverse, competent co-workers

      Cons

      Salaries, at the time I worked there. Also, routinely responded to two-week notice by instantly terminating without pay. (This was prior to 2021, which for some reason is as far back as Glassdoor goes for this company)

      It is very bad, Some of director dont know how to frame a sentence in English, Poor management stratagies. Getting worst than worst. No transparency, No motivation from a leader.

      - expected to work around the clock to support different time zones - no work life balance - micromanaged who are disguised as managers that "care" - under payed and expected to overwork
