      Awful - Beware

      Nice colleagues, nice office, decent pay, mature company in terms of processes, systems etc

      Cons

      Had the manager from hell without knowing it. For varying reasons, they decided to force 4 people from they're team of 8 to resign over 2 years. One was a new mother with a sick newborn, job performance was great. One failed force-resign was a mentor who got awarded #1 CSM globally in the same year. Mandatory 'Performance Improvement Plans' with subjective, qualtitative, non-measurable metrics... Mental toxicity, shame, anger etc Huge exodus not just from their team but across CS org globally as well due to significant internal changes in recent few years

      The minute you perform well they will set your KPIs so unreasonably high, you will then spend months trying to get off a performance plan. I achieved top results a few years ago and am now managed by someone in a different country and treated so poorly.
