      Chaos and red tape

      Great team and sometimes flexible leadership.

      Cons

      Rigid structure and difficult to advance. Many people stuck in same role, and only few get a chance to move through the ranks, unless you are already higher in the ranks.

      I found my home here

      Pros

      I can learn from and work wth a lot of talented engineers, who are eager to solve problems and make things better. We are building products for the top companies, using sometimes legacy code, but heading to cloud, which is great. We are empowered to use AI, and build AI supported products. The wage is decent, but obviously could be better. Perks are amazing, the office location is great, kitchen supplemented with beverages, regular team building events with food and drink. The community is proactive. And I think the career opportunities are also great. Still have home office opportunity, and can work flexible hours. I really love to work here, so far the best place ever.

      Cons

      Sometimes the workload is pressuring, and everything is important and urgent, so that could be frustrating.
