Offering growth opportunities for our teams is a key focus for us and we continue to invest in our people through promotional opportunities, career pathing, training and initiatives such as our Diligent Ambassador program — where selected employees can relocate and work at any of our global offices for a three-month period. To your comment about women in sales leadership roles, this is something we are striving to address through standardized career pathing, more flexible work and parental benefits, and — as we grow our team — attracting and retaining a more diverse pool of candidates.
