Company is growing at a fast rate so it still feels like a start up. Diligent also provides good benefits such hybrid in office schedules and an annual re-charge week.

Cons

Diligent has always been on the lower paying side and certain departments do not provide much upward mobility. Because of this, Diligent has a bad retention rate.

Company Growth is Primarily through acquisition, so processes, priorities, and other internal navigation are messy. Finding who or how to get things done can be very hard.
