Toxicity is practically a feature here, with team leads openly valuing those who sacrifice personal time for work. Unrealistic expectations, relentless deadlines, and constant change are the norm. They preach “customer first” yet prioritize metrics over actual customer satisfaction, showing just how deep the hypocrisy runs.

This is a perfect example of CFO lacking in technological and interpersonal skills can severely undermine an organization. The CTO, reduced to a mere rubber stamp, simply carries out decisions made by the CFO, which significantly damages the company's culture. This approach fosters insecurity and dissatisfaction among employees.
